cockroach issue unmotivated staff
The room was modern, as advertised.
Cockroaches were present in the room for two nights. The bathtub could not be closed, so it was impossible to fill it. Pool and beach staff seemed unmotivated, which detracted from the experience.

varied dishes fresh ingredients shared pool fine views
i found the buffet food excellent. it featured various dishes and fresh ingredients. the hotel is near a beautiful beach. i enjoyed relaxing in the shared pool area and noticed plenty of loungers around it. the views from the hotel were fine. every glance was like a treat.

The hotel offers sports activities and a well-equipped gym is available. i saw it had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pools were beautiful with lovely lights at night. This added to the magic feel.

The main restaurant had good dining options with lots of fish. i found the hotel organized a drink and cake. it was a nice touch for our anniversary. We loved it.

sufficient equipment basic workouts extra fees all-inclusive package
The hotel gym had sufficient equipment for basic workouts. It includes treadmills and stationary bikes.
I was disappointed. There were charges for most fish or meat dishes. this seemed excessive, considering the cost of the all-inclusive package. i expected more options to be included without extra fees.
